Bunker’s is a bunker oil (maritime fuel oil for ships) distributor in Mexican ports since 1993. Bunker’s is engaged in the physical supply of Intermediate Fuel Oil (IFO) and Maritime Diesel Oil (MDO) to ship operations in Mexican ports through its own terminal and barges, as well as through third-party tanker trucks and PEMEX pipelines. Bunker’s guarantees product quality, product availability and competitive prices.

Medicus is an integrated anesthesia service (“IAS”) provider to Mexican hospitals. The Company provides IAS through an outsourcing model in which the Company installs anesthesia machines in the hospital operating rooms, provides the technicians responsible for their correct functioning, and supplies all the necessary pharmaceuticals, medical products and gases for each anesthesia procedure, in exchange for a per use charge to the hospitals. The Company also provides endoprosthesis and osteosynthesis outsourcing services, and sells anesthesia equipment and other pharmaceutical products. The Company acquired in 2011 a Mexican manufacturer of anesthesia machines, and in 2012 added the mix center business line.
